Coordinate the training needs assessment process with management team

Develop the model of technical competencies training to Intermediate Production, API Production and Engineering Staff 

Coordinate and facilitate the Integrated System Training (OE, GMP, Safety and  Environmental Protection)

Coordinate internal and external trainings 

Ensure compliance with legal and GMP requirements of training (local and global)

Participate and provide accurate and timely information in internal and external audits (Clients, FDA, ISO, TAC) and responsible of CAPA for the training area 

Define, regulate and facilitate training procedures

Responsible for the Training Administration System, development, migration and validation for the new Training System
